Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

You can return any item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Please contact us and we will give you the address of your closest warehouse.

Items must not be worn or damaged and shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We will ship the exchanged item back to you for no additional fee.

For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.

It takes 7 days for us to process the refund.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After several hours into the order placement, the majority of items are already undergoing fulfillment, and once in this process, we are unable to intervene. If this happens, the item will be delivered to you, and to proceed with a refund, it will need to be returned to our warehouse.
